Preliminary Workshop Agenda (will be adjusted according to the conference schedule slots)

9.00 – 10.00
Workshop Kick-Off and Group Forming (max 5 groups with 5 participants). First ideas for how to address the (research) question
10.00 – 10.10
Take a stand 0.1: each group presents their idea in 1-2 min to the others
10.10 – 10.20
Feedback 0.1: Each group receives feedback (presenters “rotate” to next group)
10.20 – 10.45
Idea enhancement and reflections on how to prototype
coffee break
11.00 – 12.30
Prototype 0.1: Groups start to develop a first version of their prototype
12.30 – 13.30
lunch (if possible organized on place/in room so participants can continue to work)
13.30 – 13.40
Take a stand 0.2: Each group presents their progress in terms of prototyping.
13.40 – 15.00
Prototype 0.2: Work continues on the prototype
15.00 – 15.15
Coffee break
15.15 – 17.00
Prototype 0.3: Work continues on the prototype
17.00 – 18.00
Evaluation session: Participants evaluate and use the prototypes of all groups and give feedback.

Evaluation session will be videotaped. Video is a helpful means to make results of the workshop accessible for other ones (see e.g. CHI 2013 Game Jam).

We plan to have dinner with all participants (18.00 – 20.00). Optional from 20.00 – 23.00 there will be a Prototype 0.4 session to enhance the concept. If possible (to be checked with the conference organization) the prototypes shall be shown to conference participants during the conference.
